I'm also getting an error when I try to go to the backup php I'm getting this error

to repair the table, simply go to phpmyadmin and click on repair on the table, or just run this mysql query:
REPAIR table borblogposts;
or simply ask your host support do that. Also when it crashed it might be needed to get in touch with your host support if they keep backups of the mysql stuff, so they can impor some recent backup, coz i am not sure if after the repair the table will have any contents.
As abou the backup error, its because some files haven't been uploaded in BINARY mode. Try reuploading the "bobackup.php" file again in BINARY mode.
