I just got this message from one of my partners in crime.

yes, they get that signup error because their trade urls are already in database of LO. So you just go to your LO admin, edit those trades and in the select list with the sites they are trading with, just click on the new site and thats it.
I am working on the new version of the software where things will be much more easy when it comes to such operations.
