Hello, are there any way to check pings with BO? i believe i posted it but now i need to know it to check if maybe ping services blocked my server ip due the high amount of pings send every day... (about 100 blogs, with posts from 1 to 3 per day) so i think that they blocked my, because i cant find any of my blogs listed in google like i checked some months ago when i started to autoping blogs...

hi there, no there isn't any logger that logs the pings.. you can check if its working by looking at your server stats for crawls from some of the ping services..
well, when from a month or so you are doing blogs and pinging and they aren't listed in google or elsewhere, that doesn;t mean your pings don't work..for such a long time like a month(s) or so.. without pings or whatever you should have your sites listed at the SEs. If really none of them are listed, that makes me think they might be blacklisted or disliked for some reason..
Usually when i launch a new blog if i do pings on it, i get in Google and elsewhere within a day or two.. if i don't do pinging but rely just on some dirs submissions and hardlinks, it takes a week the most...

i meant your server apache logs or directly stats, that keep stats for your incoming traffic. Look at it for hits from the ping services... i don't know where the logs/stats could exactly reside, since each server configuration is different..

Hi Kaktusan, i received the reply from the support tech, i will check all logs to know if ping was ok nor not.
