So you should have received email from my site with instructions.
When you still haven't received it is probably due to spam filters or something like that.
Anyways, your product is awaiting you in your account at my site. Just login to the software owners area with your details, and on the very first page you will see a form to input the domain on which you will be installing the script, fill the form and you will be taken to the product page, that contains download links, your license keys, and links to the docs and support places where you will find detailed instructions how to install & use.
