| I have 3 feeds that are different in some ways and the same in others and would like to offer all three of them in one combined feed, is that possible? |

well, there is no such option available, since posts are tied to a blog. You can start a new blog and put in it the combined posts and you will have the combined feed. Also when adding posts you can choose to multiple blogs to appear, so you can easily put the posts into your regular blogs and the combined one..
