I've made new template for blog but now i don't know where to upload css file and images. |

Hi there,
well best case is have your CSS stylesheet, directly in the template code, in the header part.. like in the sample templates.. thats done, so you don't need to upload the css file to each blog you apply the template to..
Now about the images, you will need to upload them to the blog location directory when you create the blog and apply the template to it.

Well, i see in your template code you have written the images like
images/something.gif
So when they are with that format, you need create a directory "images" inside your blog location directory and put in it the images. Or just change the images path in the template code.
