It's consuming too much of everything. Also, found that the php script "borssfeeder.php" was eating 98%CPU. Downloads within php are always high cpu'ed especially when they are big files. So you might wanna check feeds that you don;t use to be removed and extra large feeds to be removed. As about the mysql, i don't understand why there are 10 instances of mysql? I am seeing this for a first time. The mysql must be configured properly and you won't be having problems with it.
