I'm having a problem importing posts to a couple of blogs. The title, keywords and post date are all imported correctly but the post body is blank. The 'Analyze' post looks fine and I select 'Post Body' next to the body, but somehow it gets lost during the import.
Any ideas?
The same format of posts has been working fine on three other blogs, but now I have two that don't work. The only difference I can see is that these two already have a lot of scheduled posts.
Also, I can import a very simple test post no problems. It is just when I have a lot of HTML in the body that it doesn't work. |

There should be something in the post body that breaks the fields separation.. Check if the delimiter character is found within the post body?
Also have you tried importing these exact problemable posts to another blog or a test blog?

Yes I have tried it on another blog with the exact same code and it imported with no problems. |

the post looks fine.. I just looked at the script code and it never skips a post unless there is something wrong with the import fields or empty title and body. The only issue that could be causing the problem is the Content Manipulator. Do you have some rewrites on that blog? Try disabling them and then import.. Could be some specific rewrite causing the issue..

OK, I had some linked words set up so I disabled the Content Manipulator and the post imported correctly. It is strange because there were no words in the post that matched any of the linked words I had set up.
Can I assume that the content manipulator runs when the posts are imported and not when they are published? If so I can just leave it disabled as my scheduled posts will already have been processed. |

yep, you can leave it disabled
