My LO admin password isn't working, and the reset instructions in the knowledge base didn't work, the script wouldn't accept the "newpass" password.
Is there another way to manually change the admin password? |

it is not the password the problem, but there is some problem with your script installation. PM me url and ftp access to there and I will be looking into the issue..
