I have uploaded and installed the script in root so can i rename index.php into (let's say) login.php as entrance page of the script of it will not work properly ?
You see, i want to use the domain i installed the script on as a blog too, so it will need index.php
Or i need to remove everything and start again the installation under /bo/ directory ? If not, do i have to setup special paths to make sure it recognizes everything ?

install the script in a subdirectory like /bo/. In root is not advicable, as renaming index.php to something else will not work..
better reinstall it in a subdirectory...
