hi, i just started a new blog which is french and has international characters in it. At first, the special characters were coming out as garbage in the posts, but I found another thread that mentioned changing this meta tag to:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
which worked perfectly for the blog itself.
Now, my problem is that the rss feed is not working anymore. And I believe its due to the special character c with a squiggly under it, as I checked the source and that seems to be the only odd character.

The problem is due to the special c character used in the post titles, as BO uses it and for building the url of the single post. For some reason the RSS feed doesn't like it. I tried several things to revamp it to work, but no luck so far 
will be looking if it can be fixed somehow..
