I recently moved BO to a different server, and since the move, when I set up a new remote blog, it will feed that blog just fine, but it is no longer shown in the remote blogs area so it can be edited.

I found that it loses the service and account tied with the blog also. I added the blog back in, and used uppercase when naming the blog, and it appears that it is there for now.
A rss feed I added today also has gone missing. I added it back, and for now it is showing up.

I figured it out, sort of, when I hit save on a blog when it is added, it sends me to the old hosting and domain name of my previous BO install. I renamed the folder on the old host, and now I get an error when I save a new remote blog, but it then exists on the new hosting.

Somewhere in the new install, BO is remembering the old domain and tries to send me back there from time to time.

Yes, however, when I save a new blog, it does save it to the new install, but then forwards me to the old install's url for the success message. Also my regular blogs are coming up missing as they are trying to resolve the old url also

I checked the script url in the new install, and found the url was still on the old domain. Fixed that, but now it looks like to get bo blogs working right again, I will have to redo all the linking codes.
For some reason, when I try to ftp the linking code, or download them either the files don't change(ftp) or the zip file is empty. Any ideas?

The only successful way is pasting in the new domain name on each linking file.

when you change and domains, its preferrable to do a fresh install and start over.

In your case, you will need to redo all linking code, upload them to each blog, chmod all files and folders at the BO install so they are writable by the script
