I recently moved my stuff to a new dedicated box at another hosting company. My new host set up some symlinks, and almsot all my crons (Smart Thumbs, Trade pulse, TGPX, etc...) are working well, except for LO, BO and GS crons

First the LO, BO and GS crons were put to run under user 'iawc', which the user under which all the other crons are running as well.
But e.g. in the LO admin panel, under Settings > Cronjobs, I was getting this: Active Cronjobs List : No Cronjobs Found
And as to the daily report, it is being sent out daily, but showing me some links that I had deleted right after the server move (i.e. link trades that are no longer in the db)
So, it seems that some old report is being sent out day after day...

Then my host also tried to put the LO, BO and GS crons to run as the web-user (nobody), but that did not help either.
I am still seeing 'Active Cronjobs List : No Cronjobs Found' in the LO admin panel
And the same old daily report is being sent out...

Do you have any idea what might be causing these crons no to work properly? Thanks in advance

crons could be working fine without LO to see them in the "active cronjobs list" thats when apache runs under other user as the cronjobs are installed.

So, to judge if the cronjobs work fine:
LO - watch when the linkchecker was last run
BO - check the "general settings->system events"
GS - check in the summary page the "Last Updater Run" time

OK, so I checked what you mentioned in your reply and apparently only LO is experiencing problems.
Here is what I currently see at Linkchecker Last Run: 2010-09-28 14:03:03

And whenever I go to Functions > Linkcheck, I see this:
!!! Link Checker is currently running !!!
Fix Stuck Link Checker (removes the lock file "site_templates/linkchecker.txt")

Also, I have tried to click on that "Fix Stuck Link Checker" link, and run the link checker manually, but after a minute or two, I get this:
Link Checker Started . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Query to MySQL Failed: MySQL server has gone away

I will PM you my login url and pass, in case you need it
