I've looked through the forum to try to find an answer that fits my problem, but there aren't any. What I did, was, I set up all my blogs in BO as 'services'. Then, I added 'accounts' to each service, then scanned for the blogs, and added those, too. They all show up. XMLRPC is enabled in all of them, and the user/pass combo is correct. When I go to Remote Blogs > Import Posts and type out a quickie one post, ie:
Free Porn|:INSERT HTML LINK HERE (wont let me, 1 post): is here for you to enjoy
and either select a few specific blogs to post it to, or just select that check box that will post to random blogs in each service, and I select to post immediately, it doesn't post even on one blog, but still tells me the post was successful.
Can you help me out so I can get this working? The boss needs it fast. |

check if your cronjobs are running, since remote posts are published through them - see "general settings->system events" for recent run of the cronjobs..
also go to the remote blogs list and click on "view posts" button next to a blog to see if your imported posts went into the BO database at all..

I have all 4 crons set up to run as specified in the cron job page inside BO. I have 4 system events as well.
Yesterdays posts didn't add into the DB at all. What I dd was I selected the checkbox to add the post to a random blog from each service.
Today's posts, I selected each "Amateur" category blog manually, and added the post that way, and it went into the DB but did not get to the blog itself. Thanks for the reply! |
