Have you taken a look at this yet?
I've tried to set it up as you recommended for a Wordpress MU network but when I scan the blog it goes to the root domain and not the domain on the sub directory. It scans it okay and found the

http://www.yourdomain.com/yourblog/xmlrpc.php

Got any ideas?

The latest version of Wordpress has a Multi-Site option.
Can I use Blog Organizer to send RSS Feeds.

I am currently waiting for my latest website to propogate and will get back to you with my question.

i haven't try it yet, but it should work. Simply you need to locate the xmlrpc.php API url for each blog or if there's one universal..

I've had a few problems getting it set up and I'm waiting for the website to propogate after changing the IP address.

Before changing the IP address, I tried with BO and a blog on a subdirectory (not subdomain) and when SCAN in BO it referred to the main blog and not the one in the subdirectory.

So, I hope to be trying it with a blog on a subdomain shortly (after propogation) and will report back.

I got the network set up okay and producing Wordpress blogs on subdomains.

Having located the xmlrpc.php API url for each blog on it's subdomain, I tried to install it into remote blogs and it went okay.

But when I scanned the blog it was for the root blog and not the blogs on the subdomains.

I would appreciate you thinking about this when you come back from your holidays. No rush.
