Hi Atanasis,
remebering me moving 2 installations of BA to a new server? Well, since I installed the scripts the new machine is working at its limits - meanwhile I upgraded from 1500 MHz to a 2400MHz cpu with 2GB RAM, but everytime cron runs bacrawl/bapost mysqld consumes up to 99% of cpu and the host is getting real slow, it takes up to two minutes to save the review of posts then. Wtf is going is with that? What's the hardware-requirements for your software enabling me to work flawless while bapost/bacrawl is executed?
I didn't wonder about this on the old machine because it only had 1000MHz cpu and 500 MB RAM, but right now I'm kinda pissed. |

well, it all depends on how you use the software and how your server is configured. I am running about 4 copies of each script on my server and i can't feel and a slightest load..
pm me url and pass to your script admins as well as ssh/ftp access so i can watch the load during some tests and i will be able to tell you whats the problem exactly.. _________________ Thanks,
