Hello there, I ask for a fellow who is not able to write in english.
He installed a new BO payed version without any problems. The permissions in BO admin are set to 666 and 777.
After he added his first blog, he get now when he wants to browse the "Browse Posts" page a "403 Forbidden" error and for the blog itself a white page. We compared already with my permissions but when he changed them like I have it he got even on his blog an error page.
What to do now?

the "browse posts" problem is not due to permissions problem. The perms problem affects only the blogs showing up correctly.
To fix his problem, he should ask his host support to disable or whitelist his domain at an apache security module which doesn't allow in a url query to have url, like this:
http://www.domain.com/index.php?a=1&b=http://www.something.com/
