When I add a new service then go to add the account, select the service and enter user/pass and click on add BO has started returning a blank page.
The blog account is not added.
Also had an issue prior to this with adding blogs from a wordpress Mu 2.8.4a install in subdomain mode. Added the xmlrpc.php locations as the instructions in the docs say, however any service added in this way had every other subdomain associated with it and no posts were being written to the blogs, while BO was recording them as published.

check in your phpinfo() if curl is enabled in your php
