Hi,
When I change the contents of a snippet, I have to rebuild the blogs that use it for the changes to appear.
Is this the normal behavior? If I had a snippet used by hundreds of blogs I would have to rebuild them all?

yes, thats the way it works, because the blogs pages are static to save server resources, not dynamic ones. You can leave the blogs manually rebuild when new posts get published..or just click the mass rebuild button
