no, that can't be made, since script doesn't know which entry is next to be picked and for which campaign. If things were just after one campaign, yes i could highlight which is posted and which not, but for different campaigns it is impossible. Script could know only which is next if you use "date ascending/descending" in the campaign settings. But anyways that will cause big slowdown at the "search entries" screen, because script need to make lots of calculations for each entry to see which will be next..
