| I have all my blogs set with no resubmitting but since upgrading to new version I am getting resubmits |

hmm, thats not possible.. nor had such problems. You sure your blogs are set to not resubmit?

umm, yeah it could be that case..
as of the new version BO looks for "gsuniqid" tag in GS feeds and determines by that if the post is duplicate or not. The thing is that you have already published posts..

| well its not just one blog and not just manual feeds they are all resubmitting now, and all have resubmit=0 and resubmit=no set in the admin, if it helps I think its only the blogs that have no new gallerys to post, they were all listed on the home page saying they were in need of new posts or blog now |
