i get the following error for one trade:
Site Returned HTTP Code:403
What is the reason for this?

but this link partner have no robots.txt, what else can cause this error?

robots.txt has nothing to do with it. Just his server returns 403 forbidden error and your server tries to open it. maybe he blacklisted you or something..
