Okay, I tried to create my first blog and it didn't work. I will go through the process step by step so you can help me find out what is wrong.
Uploaded all code in binary mode, ran installation script everything appears to have installed correctly. Began to create first blog by following video to create first blog. Used pink lady default template. Everything went fine, no errors. Created zip file and downloaded to my PC. Unzipped and only found a single file with no file extension. Something is definetly wrong. So I choose the other option, files upload to incorrect loccation, because I cannot designate correct path. I then move them to the corrrect location. Nothing shows up on (unable to post url). I am assuming files were not created correctly.
I was assured by my host that the requirements for the script were all met.
I paid extra for expedited support but I don't see where I would request elevated support. Please advise. |

hi there,
yes, it could be something with the server or you did sometihng wrong with the install.
best would be to pm me url and pass to your BO admin and i will take a look to make sure the install is fine
