I added a new template to BO and created a new blog with it. The blog was on a subdirectory on the same server (same as my other blogs). I pushed a single post to it from BA. I then went to view the blog and it was blank. I figured I had done something wrong with the template so I wasn't too worried but then I checked my other blogs and they were also all blank.

I then tried to revert everything I had done...

Deleted the new blog.
Deleted the template.
I even deleted the new feed I was using and all it's entries from BA.
I then tried re-uploading all the files for the old blogs using 'Generate Linking Codes'.

Everything is still blank. I get 200 from the server (not 404) but nothing on the page.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Carlos.

OK, I switched to Curl instead of php includes and pushed all my sites again. That seems to have done the trick. I'm still confused as to why php includes suddenly stopped working. I know my sites were up before I logged on today and started to make a new blog because I can see them getting hits in my stats. Any ideas?

Also, does it matter if I use Curl or php? Any performance issues etc?

yeah, thats regular problem. Hosts turn off remote php includes wihtout notice and you need to switch to CURL.

Performance is same, so you don't have to worry about it. Its all same, just said to be more secured..

Thanks Katktusan.

I just confirmed with my host that was what happened. Would have been nice if they had told me in advance!

Carlos.
