If you can't get your blogs show up or suddenly they stopped working read this article in details!

There are couple of reasons your blogs not to show up or stopped working and all they are regular reasons that one way or another may appear during your script operational. Don't worry, its nothing serious, just all depends on your host and how frequent they make changes on their server.

So, here it goes...

1) The first thing you need to do to resolve the issue is to look at your blog original files located in the BO install directory. Go by ftp to the "boblogs" folder and make sure there are .php files in there like blog1.php, blog2.php and etc...

2) Try opening any of these files directly in your browser like
http://yourdomain.com/bo/boblogs/blog#.php
ofcourse replace the # with your blog ID number or whatever you see in ftp for file name.

According to what you see in your browser there are 2 cases:

- The blog original files do not work at all
- The blog original files work

2.1) If your original blog files work fine and you are able to see blog content, then the blog is fine, just there is some problem at the blog location itself. Most common reason is that the host at which is the blog location doesn't allow remote php includes. Go to your BO admin in "General Settings->CURL Settings" and enable it. Then go and rebuild the problemable blog. Then go to "Regular Blogs->Linking Codes" and grab the linking files for the problemable and upload them again to the blog location. That should fix the issue.

2.2) If the original blog file doesn't work - you see a blank page, or you see 505 error page or something like that... First thing to do is go and rebuild the blog. Most times for new blogs that fixes the problem, since if you haven't published yet a post, the blog remains unbuilt. If that doesn't help you need to play with permissions. Since recently webhosts started applying some security modules about permissions. Go to "General Settings->File Permissions" and put 644 for file permissons and 755 for folder permissions. Then go by ftp to your BO install folder and chmod to 755 the following folder: boblogs, boposts, bomaps, bofeeds, bocategories, botagclouds. Then go in your BO admin and click on "Mass Blog Settings-> Rebuild All Blogs". After that all your blogs should work.

2.3) Worst case that combine both problems above. If you did everything in 2.1 paragraph, but still having problems, try doing and what is said in 2.2 paragprah. Correspondingly if you did everything in 2.2 paragraph, but still having problems, try doing and what is said in 2.1 paragprah.

If You have done this and still can't get it working, no worries. PM me with the following info and i will be fixing it for you:
- url and pass to BO admin
- url of one problemable blog, if just some blogs don't work
- ftp access to your BO install
- ftp access to the problemable blog location.
