Hi there. I found this today when i tried to access the admin log-in page for my bo. i haven't logged in for a few days so i do not know when it started. i check and the .htaccess was already enabled so i don't know why this would come up now...??
Zend Optimizer not installed
This file was encoded by the Zend Encoder / Zend SafeGuard Suite
In order to run it, please install the freely available Zend Optimizer, version 2.1.0 or later

well, probably your tech guys did some maintenance on the server and got screwed up the zend optimizer. Contact your host support to install and enable it again..
