I have completed my installation of RP and it stated the install was OK. But when I clicked to enter the site, it gave a message that there was no license key file. I properly entered the license key inside the correct file just as instructed and uploaded it with the rest of the site. I cannot access Admin and get a 404 error page at site. I have tried everything I know to do, but nothing works, how can I fix this???  |

hi there,
well, you must have did something pretty wrong, since you need to upload just file rplicense and that shouldn't cause anything else to happen like 404 error or something.
Do this. Extract the installer package on your pc again, edit the rplicense file and put your license and reupload everything and do fresh new install.
If that doesn't help, pm me ftp details and i will install for you

I tried it again with a fresh install, checked to be sure it was Binary, checked to be sure the referal code was actually in the file but I still get the same message and the 404 error. I also tried to upload the BO pkg and am getting the same errors.
So here is my ftp info so you can check it out or redo for me if necessary:

| I sent you the correct info. I was able to upload the free versions of SO & BA using the same cpanel, ftp and comparable info as I used with RP & BO but the only problem seems to be with the license # or that file. I loaded the file number in Notepad, did not add any extra characters, just the license code that appears in my inventory area, I checked to be sure that the license code was inside the file and in both occasions it was. Should I have used something else besides Notepad? Would you please check those code license numbers and be sure they are correct? I am really anxious to begin learning this program. Thanks again! |

| Clicked the message button on this site but guess it didn't go through. Please note my last message, I have uploaded the BA program since I gave you my info and it went thur just fine (but no license file). I will email you my cpanel info again but I am pretty sure it was correct. |

i uploaded the .zip to my server and chmoded the files and the dir "777" .
After that i put the code
