the affiliate id's is used to enter your affiliate ids for the sponsor and then you can run the "Entries->Checker" to check for entries not containing your affiliate id. You know sometimes sponsor mislook a post or some and put them wrong in their feeds and when you publish them at your blogs you will loose sales..
