I see that it's necessary to include a title for each ping URL you create in your automated ping sites list. I'm pasting a large list of URLs here that were compiled automatically by a separate program. They don't include titles, so I have to add them.
My questions are:
1) In general, what is the purpose of the title when you are pinging?
2) Does every URL have to have a unique title?
3) Do you have to use the same title every time you ping that URL?

if you see the specifications of how pinging works you will see you need url and title for the site you are pinging.
As about rest questions, its all up to you how you will make your titles
