I've never used BO for remote blogs before other than a test of a wp blog. I started setting up RSS driven blogs on a adult free blog host. The host is using WPMU and I notice if I rename the category of the blog even to the same name as my blog category in BO..
When BO makes a post it makes a new category named "1" and the post goes there. Is there something I'm maybe not doing right? |

well, are you rescanning the blog categories in BO after you edit them in your WP? also you might need to select the category again in the blog rss settings if it is changed.

| Yes I've tried to rescan if you mean the option inside the edit of each blog. If it finds the category I assume it should add it to the section that ask what the default category is right? The only option on any of them is is "uncategorized" |

yes, it should be adding any new categories to the default list after the rescan..
hmm thats strange..
pm me url and pass to your BO so i can take a look if i can find anything wrong..

it looks like the new WPMU / WP versions have something changed in the remote api and i need to see what it is and update BO to meet the new changes..
