well, script is written pretty optimized and lightweight and is always under improvements about the effectiveness. If it depends on it, it will handle unlimited amounts, but all we know it all depends on our server.
Second important factor is how you use the script. The bulk content is the least problem here. The most important is how much you load it with work. Like if you have 10000 campaigns updating each hour you understand your server will be heavy loaded. If things are distributed randomly and wisely you will be handling big amounts and doing fine.
Currently i have about 250 campaigns, 50k entries and numbers grow every single day. Server is still almost free and can handle much more. But i suspect when i reach about 3k blogs i will need another server. So i will just get another server for about $100-$150 a month and will install scripts there and continue again with 3k blogs. If with 3k blogs one can't afford to pay his dedicated server and cost of 1 license of the script, i don't think he is for this business.
So, all is up to you.. keep building and using scripts and watch closely the server load and when you see it is going to the max consider getting another server, another copy of the script and continue your blogging empire..
This is the most honest thing i can say _________________ Thanks,
