Downloaded the file from te blog organizer folder
The file is empty.
I opened it with notepad which works on the other pho files.
It's also showing empty on my FTP editor. |

ah, you are doing new install, nor upgrade, right? let me know..
if so.. redownload the installer package and reupload bo-install.php
