I'm still kind of newbie 
So what do I do on phpthumb.php and phpthumb.class.php pages?
if (!eregi('password', $key)) { this is on phpthumb.php line 143
Deprecated: Function eregi() is deprecated in /home/bknfcom/domains/blogdirty.com/bo/templates/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/ibrowser/scripts/phpThumb/phpThumb.php on line 143

open the file /home/bknfcom/domains/blogdirty.com/bo/templates/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/ibrowser/scripts/phpThumb/phpThumb.php
in a text editor and on almost top you will see:
error_reporting(E_ALL);
remove that line
