I move to a dedicated server and and now all the template linking files are from the old sever. How do I get LO to see the new file structure?

Also I set up the crons job for the new server but LO is not seeing it. I assume this has to do with a bad path but how do I fix everything without losing the trades or having to redo them?

Thanks

you need to put the new URL to LO in "Settings->Configure" field "script url"
Also you may need to change and "PHP Path"..

About the cronjob.. yes, if you setup the cronjob manually the script might not see it, but this doesn't mean it is not working. See If you linkchecker is working.. thats how you determine if the cronjob is fine.. If your PHP Path is other on the new server you may need to adjust the cronjob when you put the new PHP Path in the settings..

Right now its set for the http: path. The path is correct and I have I have checked the link checker and thats working.

But when I look at the template its still wrong.

This is the way its set up:

/home/freelati/public_html/mysite.com/lo/site_templates/site_2_1.php

The way the server is now:

/public_html/mysite.com/lo/site_templates/site_2_1.php

Even when I put the current path in the WP widget it doesnt work. It comes up as invalid path.

when you go to the linking codes of the template in LO admin it should write the correct path, as it reads it on the fly. It is not stored anywhere..

Check again in the linking codes page of the templates..
