The Cron Settings state that bocron.php, borposter.php & borssdeeder.php must be set to run each minute, but my server only allows crons to run a minimum of every 5 minutes. Will this be a problem?

well, no thats not a problem, just scheduled and automated things will work slower for you, because they will be done every 5 minutes. Otherwise no other problem at all.
