Ok have tried this with a couple of different feeds and it looks as though between the feed where the html looks fine:
http://sexistpig.com/gs/feeds/feed17.xml
and output in wordpress something ... |

Ok, it looks like LO is not saving the template content when I edit the template and the content stays blank even though LO says its been edited...
Any ideas? |
