| When I hit the add button. the window hangs. Afterwards, I cannot get the CP window to load for 30 minutes or so. This is happening about 80% of the time. |

I did manually enter, and it seems to work.
There is a third cron job showing in the settings tab:

Try erasing all uploaded files from your server.
Then, re-upload. the server may be keeping a cached copy.
