chmod the "site_templates" to 755, and go to LO in "Settings->Configure" and set the permissions for the files to be 644, then go and rebuild the sites templates and all should be fine

I have set a new template, however whe I try to view it I have the following message Internal Server Error,. I have check the 777 pemissions inside the site_templates folder.
Any other files to CH ... |
