| I've just moved my LO install to a new server and when trying to include the links templates I get an internal server error. This is easily solved by changing the permissions of all .php files in /lo/ ... |

Yeah, I have cookies enabled and it looks like it's setting them.
Although on closer inspection it looks like it's setting them to expire almost immediately - Using live HTTP headers:

After just upgrading to LO v1.6 I'm getting this error when trying to add a new site...
Query to MySQL Failed: Duplicate entry '0' for key 1
Any ideas what this is?
