hm, the script will send the posts as it reads them from the feeds you have assigned to the blog.
You can clean the cache, by going via ftp to /bo/boblogs/botemp/rsscache/
and delete all files in ... |

pinging is standalone thing, it doesn't require registration, though some certain sites started require registration first. BO just pings, doesn't register you..
